Who you are:

  • You have 1 year of experience in a similar position;
  • You have ability to speak and write in English fluently;
  • You shine under pressure and you are a team player;
  • You have structured approach to customers, relationship building, and capable at engaging with customers at all levels;
  • You have attention to processes and details, willingness to learn and interest in tech/software;
  • You have able to work in a self-management environment.

Will be a plus:

  • Understanding of outsourcing SD specifics.

What you will do:

  • Working with incoming leads;
  • Conducting meetings, presentations and proposal calls with the clients (full sales cycle);
  • Signing contracts, handling kick-off calls with the team and clients;
  • Participation in sales team internal checkins, strategy plannigns;
  • Interaction with other departments during the pre-sale activites;
  • Achieving personal development plans indexes.
